spring landscaping plant walk march 31st

spring landscaping plant walk march 31st

Join us for a spring plant walk led by garden coach Susan Papanikolas. Enjoy seasonal color, gather inspiration and ideas for what to plant, and see for yourself what that plant in the container at the nursery looks like in an established yard.  Field trippers will learn how to choose plants to suit their particular needs by considering size, color, texture, and growth characteristics. Whether you are a DIY landscaper, homeowner on a budget, or just curious about what plants thrive in the Northwest, this is the field trip for you!

Field trippers will go home with a list of recommended spring season plants, care and location suggestions to keep them healthy, and a coupon to City People's Garden Store to get your gardeining projects started.

Susan Papanikolas is a garden coach, landscape designer, and owner of How Does Your Garden Grow. She believes that life is too short and our gardens are too small to live with plants you don't like.
