Homemade pasta with tomatoes and basil straight from the garden - does it get any better? Join us for an intimate pasta-making workshop and learn to make egg pasta dough for tagliatelle chitarra, semolina dough for cavatelli and orecchiette, and delicious gnocchi. In addition to learning the tips and techniques of making stellar pasta, this workshop will be a hands-on affair with students mixing, rolling and cutting their own dough … and of course a chance to sample the results. Buon appetito!

Field trippers will go home with pasta for future meals along with the skills to make more all summer long.

Ben Campbell is the owner of Ben’s Breads and head baker at the Amazon Spheres for the Sea Creatures Restaurant Group . He honed his pasta-making skills over years in the kitchen of Lark and puts his skills to use regularly for his pasta-loving one year old.
