Whether you are new to Seattle or have lived here your whole life, you're bound to discover something new on this unique field trip. Join us for an "overlooked" art tour of the hatch covers, grates and industrial design elements of Pioneer Square.  With a mix of history, art and paint, we'll explore the beauty beneath our feet.  Field trippers will have the chance to create their own paper prints (or bring a t-shirt or tote from home) - an extraordinary memento of our ever-changing city.

Russell Muits and Kevin Hyde are the artists and story tellers behind the Overlooked Art Tour, an off-shoot of Russell’s personal project Storm Print City. Inspired by a love of industrial design, Russ has collected relief prints from hatch covers in over 60 cities nationwide, documenting his adventures along the way.
