introduction to botanical illustration and watercolor september 29th

90.00

Let go of your inner critic and let your creative energy flow at this introductory to watercolor class celebrating autumn color. Inspired by Leanne Shapton’s book The Native Trees of Canada and colorful fall foliage, we’ll explore form, color and brush stroke to capture the beauty of the season.

Field trippers will go home with their own watercolor travel kit and brush (your new companion to adventure!) and paper pack for future creations..

Anne Holderread is an artist and illustrator whose personal goal of doing a Drawing A Day resulted in her first show. She likes to find beauty in everyday objects and favors art that is unfussy and approachable.
