If stepping up your culinary game is on your new year’s resolution list, then this is the field trip for you. Big John’s PFI, run by the Croce family since 1971, has a long-held reputation for being one of Seattle’s best kept secrets. From their 30 foot cheese counter to the abundant jars of spices and salts, sardines, olives, pastas and tomatoes all imported from the homeland - it is a treasure for those who love to cook, eat and entertain.

Join us for a tour guided by taste-maker and chef, Stephanie Eburah along with PFI staff to discover the best ingredients to make meals sing. Post holiday cabinets deserve a refresh, and here’s the chance to do it right!

Bonus: field trippers will have the opportunity to taste some of the store’s favorite wines (they make it easy - mostly Italian and under $12), cheeses, cured meats and more.

Payments for field trips and classes are non-refundable, though they may be transferred to another person (your new best friend!).  All sales are final.  If class is cancelled due to instructor illness or lack of enrollment, full refunds will be issued.
